Book “Iran and Challenges of Contemporary International Law” (Collected Essay) Volume II 

In this volume, Iranian researchers of international law will discuss some of the contemporary international legal issues in Iran. These issues include exploiting common oil and gas fields, joining international treaties, the environment, Iran's nuclear program, and international and regional sanctions, outlining Iran's stance on international law and issues related to Iran's name.

My contribution to this volume "Iran and International Law, Tribulation of the Changed Name", scrutinizes the disconnection which has been made between the Persian Gulf and the country by changing the name of the country from Persia (Persian) to Iran.
