دوره تابستانی آکادمی حقوق بین الملل شیامن 2019

Xiamen Academy of Inteational Law (Xiamen Academy) is an inteational institution aiming to provide the highest level of legal education to individuals interested in the development and application of inteational law, such as young lecturers, diplomats, practitioners of law, govement officials in charge of foreign affairs, and officials from inteational organizations. The courses are delivered in English and have been designed to be both scholarly and practical. Xiamen Academy has successfully convened and hosted thirteen summer programmes (from 2006), which featured more than ninety world-renowned inteational law professors, ICJ judges and experts from around the world.

آکادمی بین المللی حقوق بین الملل شیامن (Xiamen Academy) یک موسسه بین المللی با هدف ارائه بالاترین سطح آموزش حقوقی به اشخاص علاقه مند به توسعه و استفاده از حقوق بین الملل از جمله سخنرانان جوان، دیپلمات ها، متخصصان حقوقی، مقامات دولتی و مسئولین امور خارجه و مقامات سازمان های بین المللی است. دوره های آن به زبان انگلیسی ارائه می شود و بشکلی طراحی شده اند تا با دارا بودن جنبه علمی بسیار، کاربردی هم باشند. آکادمی شیامن تاکنون موفق به تشکیل و برگزاری سیزده برنامه تابستانی (از سال 2006) شده است که بیش از 90 نفر از اساتید مشهور حقوق بین الملل جهان شامل بسیاری از روسا و قضات دیوان بین المللی از آن جمله هستند. آکادمی پس از اولین دیدار هیئت مدیره آن در کاخ صلح لاهه در جولای 2005 تاسیس گردید. دوره تابستانی این آکادمی هر ساله در ماه جولای در مرکز اصلی دانشگاه شیامن، واقع در جزیره شیامن در جنوب شرقی چین برگزار می گردد. از جمله ویژگی های دوره کنونی هچون برخی دیگر از سالهای ماندگار، تدریس رئیس وقت دیوان بین المللی دادگستری است که در حال حاضر این مهم بر عهده قاضی عبدالقوی یوسف است. هر ساله به تعدادی از شرکت کنندگان کمک هزینه سفر و اقامت پرداخت می شود. اطلاعات بیشتر را می توانید در پوستر و دفترچه راهنمای دوره دریافت کنید.
